The Association of Digital Verification Professionals (ADVP) represents and advocates for its members and the wider digital verification industry, promoting a thriving, competitive and trusted digital ecosystem across the UK and internationally. This is our vision, mission and means of delivery.
Our Vision
A trusted digital ecosystem that enables secure, inclusive, interoperable and user-centric digital services across sectors and borders. Through trusted digital interactions, individuals and organisations can participate with confidence, choice and control, reducing friction, improving experiences, and supporting sustainable economic growth and public value.
Our Mission
Advocating for our members and the digital verification industry across the digital economy, by helping to accelerate adoption and development of Trust Frameworks as the foundation for trusted digital services, enabling new use cases, promoting interoperability and inclusion, and demonstrating measurable value for citizens, organisations and the economy.
We achieve this by:
- Advocating for widespread adoption of the DVS Trust Framework across sectors and jurisdictions
- Expanding and enabling new trusted digital service use cases across all sectors.
- Supporting the development of efficient, effective and trusted digital ecosystem capabilities that are evidenced based.
- Providing evidence of impact through measurable improvements in trust, accessibility, inclusion, productivity, fraud reduction, improved experience and outcomes for all stakeholders
- Engaging government, industry, civil society and other stakeholders to build confidence, transparency and accountability across the ecosystem.
